CAMP REFUND POLICY
Upon registering all convenience fees are non-refundable. The remaining portion of camp tuition can be refunded if requested one month prior to the original date of camp. Refunds will come with a 15% convenience fee and will take 3-4 weeks to be refunded. Since space at camps is limited, no refund will be given after the original date of camp, there will be no exceptions for this. All refund requests must be made via the camp website. For security purposes, cash refunds will not be issued for credit/debit card or other electronic transactions.

INCLEMENT WEATHER & OTHER UNCONTROLLABLE EVENTS
On occasion inclement weather, or other uncontrollable events, may occur on the camp date, during the camp, immediately after the camp or prior to the camp. Every effort will be made to hold the camp regardless of inclement weather. Should inclement weather, or any other event outside of the control of the directors and/or host, change the schedule, or location of the camp, prior to the day's session beginning then an update will be sent through emails that have been provided at camp registration. There will be no refunds given based on delays and cancellations due to weather.
